Tasks
- Arrange project inspections, estimates and budgets;
- Prepare and plan project activities;
- Coordinate personnel, logistics, finances and safety;
- Manage project resources and involved teams;
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders;
- Manage project documentation, approvals and reporting;
- Monitor HSE, planning and budgets;
- Ensure projects are delivered and handed over according to requirements.
Job requirements
To succeed in this maritime Project Manager position, you bring a combination of technical knowledge, leadership experience and practical understanding of ship repair, retrofit or related maritime operations.
- Technical or maritime education.
- At least 5 years of managerial or project management experience.
- Previous experience in a comparable position within the maritime sector.
- Experience with ship repair, vessel retrofit, conversion or related maritime projects is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and make well-considered decisions.

- Salary depending on experience and knowledge.
