Tasks
- Managing the operational and strategic procurement of materials and services according to design and customer specifications.
- Conducting bid evaluations, order processing, and maintaining procurement data.
- Negotiating prices, contracts, and framework agreements with suppliers.
- Monitoring delivery deadlines and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize procurement processes and support ERP system implementation.
Job requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in procurement.
- Experience in the maritime industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German is a big plus.
- EU Citizenship or German Blue Card.
