HVAC Professionals (Germany)

1. Engage with various manufacturing departments and external partners, overseeing coordination of tasks with external firms.

2.  Hold authority over assigned project team members, conduct regular employee discussions, provide training, and facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.

3. Conduct short- and medium-term capacity planning, and review and optimize resource planning within the designated scope.

4. Take charge of ensuring compliance and monitoring the progress of hours, timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks within the assigned area.

5. Implement delegated responsibilities related to occupational safety and health protection, and manage cross-cutting issues such as organizing safety at work and developing contractual partners.

Industry/craft master, state-certified technician, or a completed technical degree

Several years of professional experience in HVAC and shipbuilding

Good English language skills

EU Citizenship or German Blue Card
