Electrical & InstrumentationWe are looking for an Instrumentation Designer for the wind industry and other sustainability projects, who would work on construction drawings and lists, take on the E&I design of LV/HV distribution systems, fire detection systems and lighting, among others.
You would be part of a project team that focuses on many different disciplines, thus making your work versatile and challenging.

Tasks
- Contribute to generating construction drawings and lists with which the installer can build the E&I design;
- Preparing block diagrams, hook-ups, layouts and cable lists;
- 3D modelling, 2D AutoCAD activities;
- Connecting cables in SmartPlant Instrumentation.
Job requirements
- Relevant education in a technical field;
- At least 3 years of work experience for an engineering company;
- Experienced in greenfield Instrumentation/ fire detection/ telecommunication detailed design;
- Experience with telecom systems like CCTV, PAGA, Door access control systems, WiFi, Local Area Networks;
- Proficient in preparing instrumentation detailed design deliverables like: cablelist, instrument/ telecom/ Fire detection block diagrams, Fire detection layout, termination diagrams, installation typical hookups, mounting typicals, loop diagrams;
- Skilled in in Smart Plant instrumentation;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and preferably in Dutch as well.
- Knowledge of offshore platform design and substations design;
- Familiar with E3D.
