Marine Systems & Piping
As a Product Manager Piping within a leading company in the maritime industry, specialized in designing and constructing innovative ships and offshore piping systems, you play a crucial role in coordinating piping projects from the sales phase to technical execution. You work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, calculate costs, and translate technical specifications into budgets. Additionally, you are involved in technical discussions, problem-solving, and standardizing processes. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Tasks

• Collaborating with sales to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
• Performing technical calculations and preparing budgets.
• Standardizing processes and specifications within the department.
• Acting as a technical point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong technical background with knowledge of piping systems;
• Experience with ERP systems, online systems, and CAD software such as Cadmatic;
• Familiarity with Detail Engineering and 3R piping systems is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English and in possession of an EU citizenship.
