As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for the planning within engineering, procurement, manufacturing engineering, production and commissioning of the project, from contract till delivery.

Tasks

  • Create the planning for all activities in the project, collaborating closely with project managers, team leaders and subcontractors
  • Monitor and identify progress delays and bottlenecks
  • Create progress reports
  • Prepare the project portfolio
  • Analyze and plan space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for optimal use
  • Provide improvement insight
  • Lead the logistic team to ensure project requirements are met
  • Discuss and negotiate import and export requirements, incoterms, etc. with customs

Job requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
  • At least 5 years experiences in planning technical projects
  • Experience with Primavera P6 or similar planning software
  • Good understanding of all phases of project management, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing
  • Good command of the Dutch & English language both written & verbal
