Tasks

As a Service Coordinator Yacht Equipment, you are the linchpin of the service team responsible for keeping systems on board luxury sailing yachts running perfectly. You coordinate technical service projects, maintain daily contact with clients, crews, suppliers, and internal teams, and translate complex technical issues into clear actions. With your organizational skills, you monitor progress, quality, and customer satisfaction for every project.

A typical workday involves preparing service trips, creating work lists and assignments, and ensuring service engineers are set up for success. You coordinate with engineering and production to find the right solutions and provide feedback from real-world experiences. In addition, you maintain an overview of all ongoing projects, process service reports, and identify commercial opportunities with clients.

Job requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s working and thinking level, preferably in mechanical engineering, maritime technology, or shipbuilding
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical role, ideally in yacht building
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Customer-oriented, independent, flexible, proactive, and a true team player
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
  • Knowledge of onboard hydraulic systems and experience with maritime electronics
  • Skilled in drafting technical service reports
  • Experience with ERP systems and using MS Project and CAD
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Conditions

  • Gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,100 (depending on experience)
  • 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (based on full-time employment)
