Tasks
- Design electrical systems and installations for shipbuilding projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, cable plans, and parts lists.
- Ensure compliance with class regulations and technical specifications.
- Coordinate technical interfaces with suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Optimize cable routing and support material planning activities.
- Monitor project requirements related to quality, budget, and deadlines.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handovers.
- Prepare engineering change documentation in German and English.
Job requirements
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Design Engineer in the shipbuilding industry.
- Strong knowledge of EPLAN and AutoCAD.
- Good command of the English language and preferably German language skills
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
