Tasks
- Lead engineers and coordinate one or more international projects.
- Prepare schedules and manage tasks within the engineering team.
- Monitor project planning, budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain clear communication with project teams, management and clients.
- Ensure engineering activities meet relevant project procedures and standards.
- Look for opportunities to improve engineering and design processes.
- Occasionally travel abroad for short-term project assignments.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Engineer within the maritime sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering and experience guiding engineering teams.
- Familiarity with project management methods is an advantage.
