Tasks
- Develop project plans and manage budgets, schedules, scope, and progress.
- Coordinate safe project execution with the Operations Manager.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage complex maritime projects with international stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Report project progress and manage evaluations.
- Identify improvements and ensure effective internal and external communication.
Job requirements
- HBO working and thinking level, a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Business Administration is an advantage.
- Electrical Engineering background.
- Several years of relevant Project Manager experience in the maritime space.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with good commercial and communication skills.
- Good command of English

- Salary depending on experience and knowledge.
