Tasks
- Ensure stable operation of the CAQ application (BabtecQ)
- Analyze and resolve system and process issues (ticketing, monitoring, root-cause analysis)
- Manage user, role, and authorization concepts to guarantee data quality
- Standardize and improve modules, workflows, and quality management processes
- Optimize reporting and analysis use-cases
- Support automation and process harmonization across locations
- Create and optimize T-SQL queries, data structures, and support SAP–Babtec integration
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or engineering field
- 2+ years of experience in application management or quality engineering
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of CAQ systems (BabtecQ preferred)
- Experience with T-SQL, MS SQL Server, and system integrations
- Familiarity with process optimization and quality management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
