Recruitment Consultant

You'll manage the complete recruitment process while acting as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building sustainable and long-term relationships with candidates and clients based on trust and integrity.
• Sourcing, interviewing and assessing technical professionals through LinkedIn, specialist platforms and your own network.
• Advising candidates on career opportunities, market developments, salaries and interview preparation.
• Managing recruitment projects from vacancy intake through to successful placement.
• Working closely with account managers to deliver the best possible experience for clients and candidates.
• Staying up to date with developments in the maritime and technical labour market.
• Networking, visiting clients, attending industry events and continuously expanding your professional network.

You are/ have:

• Experience in recruitment (technical recruitment is an advantage).
• A relationship manager with a genuine interest in building long-term professional relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of margins and pricing.
• Knowledge of employment contracts, temporary staffing or secondment is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language
• A proactive, resilient and team-oriented attitude.
• You live in, or are willing to relocate to, Amsterdam region.
