Tasks
- Acting as the first point of contact for service requests.
- Assessing technical issues and advising customers on suitable solutions.
- Planning and coordinating service engineers for on-site interventions.
- Preparing and managing quotations, including basic technical calculations.
- Ensuring availability of materials and proper job preparation.
- Supporting field engineers with technical information and guidance.
- Monitoring project progress from operational and commercial perspectives.
Job requirements
- Completed MBO Level 4 education in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in a coordination, planning, or service-related role in the maritime sector
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Exact) and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
