Tasks
- Lead and supervise the on-site installation team.
- Coordinate and monitor installation and assembly activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budgeted hours.
- Prepare and manage project planning, schedules, and material availability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Attend construction and project meetings.
- Maintain close communication with suppliers, the Planning and Engineering departments, and the Project Manager.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
Job requirements
- MBO Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in yacht building.
- Strong technical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and a strong team leader.
