We are seeking for a Quality Inspector (Electric) in North Germany to assist in the completion of one of the latest and largest luxury cruise vessels. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the biggest shipyards. Your duties will include conducting quality inspections, identify and promptly adress any defects and generate comprehensive quality reports. 

Tasks

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections on various construction projects, with a specific focus on electrical systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Identify and promptly address any defects, deviations, or non-compliance issues in electrical installations and components. Provide effective recommendations for resolution.
  • Generate comprehensive quality reports that outline inspection findings, recommendations, and progress tracking.
  • Stay informed about evolving industry regulations, standards, and best practices to uphold the highest level of quality control

Job requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience in the electrical field.
  • Proven prior experience in Quality Control within the construction or manufacturing industry, with a specialization in electrical systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, especially as they relate to electrical systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on electrical components and systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Conditions

  •  Competitive Salary;
  •  Net allowance of € 150,- monthly (with a maximum of €3000,- over a period of 12 months, after which this is terminated);   
  •  Pension insurance;
  •  Paid National Holidays (approx. 10 days per year); 
  •  Paid sick leave;
  •  Paid overtime;
  •  Commuting costs: it’s up to a maximum of €50,- per month, with the 'Deutschland-Ticket,' as it is commonly referred to; -
