We are seeking for a Supervisor Assembly (HVAC ) in North Germany to assist in the completion of one of the latest and largest luxury cruise vessels. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the biggest shipyards. For this position, capacity planning and survey, and responsible for the assembly team

Tasks

Communication with various production departments and external partners

Authority to instruct assigned team members in the project

Conducting regular employee discussions and training sessions for staff

Onboarding new team members Execution of short- and medium-term capacity planning

Review and optimization of resource planning 

Adherence to and monitoring of the development of hour, deadline, cost, and quality specifications

Job requirements


  • Industrial/Trade Master, state-certified technician, or a completed technical degree
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Good proficiency in English and German
  • Team and communication skills
  • Readiness for deployment, flexibility, and resilience
  • EU Citizenship or German Blue Card
