You oversee load balancing, devise power distribution strategies, and optimize cable routes to ensure uninterrupted system operation, even in adverse conditions. Your designs prioritize EMC compliance for key defensive systems, following the V-model in our 3DExperience engineering environment. • Write detailed test and validation plans to ensure compliance with Class regulations and customer requirements during virtual and real-world testing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely project contributions.
  • Review vendor and subcontractor designs and integrate them into the vessel's overall design.
  • Establish standards and procedures for detailed engineering and commissioning.
  • Assist in proposal stages by developing conceptual designs for electrical power systems.
  • Provide technical support and assist with commissioning activities for contracted projects.
