Senior Piping Engineer

As a Senior Piping Designer, you will be involved in the modeling of piping systems of the whole vessel. Your focus will be on detailed engineering of routes of pipes systems based on the basic engineering information. Also:

• 3D model of piping systems using 3D CAD-systems like Cadmatic or Catia;
• Use all necessary information packages related to drawings, spools, and isometrics;
• Adhere to all applicable requirements, standards and piping specifications imposed by the shipyard and class socities.

As a Senior Piping Designer you will need to have:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant field;
• Five years minimum experience in designing piping systems;
• Excellent user skills in 3D CAD-systems such as Cadmatic or Catia;
• Knowledge of the regulations of class- and statutory of piping systems; preferably in ships or offshore installations are both an advantage;
• Good command of the English. Knowing Dutch is a big plus;
• EU citizenship.
