Develop, implement, and optimise Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) processes for defense and maritime systems.
Conduct reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) analyses to enhance system performance.
Prepare and update maintenance plans, configuration data, and technical documentation.
Perform FMECA and related system analyses to identify potential failures and corrective actions.
Manage and structure technical information within maintenance management systems and ERP environments (SAP or similar).
Review and interpret maintenance documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and completeness.
Consultancy & Process Development
Advise clients, including defense organisations, on ILS implementation, methodology, and compliance.
Contribute to internal process improvement, standardisation, and digital tool development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, asset management, logistics) to align technical and operational objectives.
Prepare ILS plans, logistics publications, and acquisition requirement documents.
Job Requirements
HBO or WO degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, maintenance, or logistics support environment.
Knowledge of or experience with:
Reliability and maintenance analyses (RCM, FMECA, LORA, LSA).
Maintenance and configuration management systems.
ILS methodologies and documentation standards.
Maintenance management systems (SAP preferred).
Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Meticulous, analytical and structured, able to translate technical data into practical support strategies.
Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience as an ILS Engineer or ILS Officer, ideally within defense or maritime programs.
Familiarity with Prince2 methodology and defense acquisition frameworks.
Knowledge of maritime systems, naval installations, or materiel logistics.
Salary range: €3,500 – €6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
