Join our client’s Shipbuilding Engineering team in North Brabant, where you’ll contribute to the development of some of the world’s most exclusive yachts. Work on full in-house construction projects from start to finish, and turn unique designs into high-quality, production-ready solutions.
As a Draftsman in the Shipbuilding Engineering department, you will be responsible for the complete technical design of luxury yacht structures. This includes hull, outfitting, and external constructions, each adhering to the highest quality standards.

- Creating technical drawings for the yacht construction process based on design plans.
- Delivering detailed working drawings to support the Production department.
- Working initially in 2D (AutoCAD) with growth potential towards 3D drafting via internal training.
- Contributing to the technical realization throughout the entire build cycle.
- Collaborating closely with a diverse international engineering team.
- Observing your designs come to life in adjacent production halls.
Functie eisen
- EU citizenship is required for this position
- Higher Professional Education: BSc / MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Intermediate relevant study
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Yacht / Shipbuilding industry
- Strong background in structural design within the shipbuilding sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; 2D experience required, 3D is a plus.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Passion for luxury yachts and complex technical challenges
- Ambitious, communicative, detail-oriented, and team-minded
