Do you have experience in Yacht Interior Design and you want to be part of creating unique interiors for high end customers? We are looking Project Coordinator for our client, luxury interior outfitting company specialized in the production and delivery of luxury custom made interiors, delivering a “turn key” project for super yachts. As a member of the project team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the project's success by supporting the team in various organizational tasks. This may include managing schedules, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring all project-related activities are completed on time and within budget.

Support the team in all organizational tasks such as managing schedules, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budget;

Participate in meetings and acceptance tests and record their outcomes;

Communicate with clients, suppliers, end customers, and designers

Coordinate project deliverables

Work closely with project managers to ensure project success

Functie eisen

Good English and German language skills; 5+ experience in yacht interior design; EU citizenship AutoCAD knowledge & knowledge of production processes;Quick perception, communication skills, team spirit and hands-on mentality
