We are looking for an Interim Buyer on a project basis in Hamburg, with several years of experience in the technical field.
Your expertise as a buyer will make a significant contribution to the success of the project and help to make the procurement process efficient. Your task will be to efficiently organize the procurement of materials, products, services and outsourcing activities, taking into account the objectives and timelines of the project.

Taken
- Manage and coordinate the full procurement process from specification, selection, evaluation, contracting, contract management and aftercare, all within the guidelines and defined boundaries of the project;
- Conclude contracts with suppliers, taking into account all cost factors to ensure they are complete and accurate;
- Conduct research, qualify and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors on the project;
- Develop and maintain ongoing evaluations for bids and key performance metrics;
- Initiate market research and support supplier development to promote the establishment and maintenance of a stable supplier base.
Functie eisen
- Completed commercial training or bachelor's degree with a focus on purchasing/materials management or alternatively a technical training/bachelor's degree, supplemented by certified training in the field of procurement;
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing within a technical environment;
- Excellent written and spoken German and English;
- Independent and well-structured way of working as well as excellent negotiation skills combined with assertiveness.
