Are you passionate about creating stunning interiors that leave a lasting impression? We have an exciting opportunity for an Interior Supervisor (Production). In this role, you will take charge of steering subcontractors towards delivering an awe-inspiring interior. You'll be the driving force behind achieving targeted results within project constraints for schedule, quality, and cost.

As the Interior  Supervisor (Production), your main focus will be coordinating the project and activities to ensure full compliance with applicable requirements and specifications. Your expertise in this area will enable you to work closely with the entire project team and stakeholders, establishing strong connections and seamless collaboration.From defining and interfacing to overseeing installation, verification, and acceptance, your involvement will be critical in creating an exceptional interior experience.

Taken

Works on one or more projects and receives necessary information and plans from the Project Leader. Also gathers additional relevant data like specifications and drawings independently.

Closely follows and oversees the work of subcontractors. Pays close attention to the details and progress of their work and makes necessary adjustments in consultation with the Project Leader Production.

Checks and approves the completed work.

Collaborates with involved parties to find solutions for problems, and keeps the Project Leader informed.

Creates sketches of interior details.

Participates in meetings with suppliers and discusses progress, work methods, safety, resources, and improvements with subcontractors.

Keeps track of inspections and dismantling processes.

Assists in reporting the hours worked and the progress of the project.

Regularly evaluates all assigned subcontractors throughout the year and provides an annual review.

Functie eisen

EU citizenship (mandatory) 

Bachelor or higher in Interior, yacht-building or equivalent

Minimum of 7 years experience within yacht building

Good command of English & Dutch language 

Experience in leading a team
