For a renowned company specialized in the system integration on board ships and mega yachts, and located in South Holland, we are looking for a Lighting Engineer, experienced with Domotics.

As Lighting Engineer, you will be responsible for designing extensive lighting and domotics systems on board mega yachts. You will have a key role during the design phase and you will be the point of contact for customers and other departments.

What will you do:

  • Design of lighting and domotics systems in AutoCAD 2D or Eplan;
  • Coordinate the designs with the customers;
  • Perform calculations to support the designs;
  • Draw specifications for materials and components;
  • Support production, installation and system transfer to the customer.

Functie eisen

What will you need:
 

  • Bachelor or master’s degree combined with a passion for designing large complex electrical installation;
  • Previous experience in a similar role combined with affinity with the maritime industry;
  • Experience with electrical design and programming of home automation systems;
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations and inspection bodies;
  • Knowledge of Autocad 2D and/or Eplan P8;
  • Knowledge of hardware components;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal;
  • EU citizenship.
