- Ensure tight coordination of the engineering team and align disciplines seamlessly during the detailed engineering phase.
- Support the project manager with budget monitoring, planning, and quality control.
- Take the lead as project manager for specific assignments.
- Translate client requirements into technically feasible solutions within the detailed engineering phase.
- Continuously liaise with clients and manage tender processes.
- Make well-founded decisions at the interfaces between disciplines.
- Prepare specifications, contract documents, and general terms and conditions.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, execution, and client requirements, and enhance project quality during detailed engineering.
Functie eisen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
- EU residency or a valid EU passport is required.
- Extensive experience in the offshore sector, specifically within the detailed engineering phase, and the ability to translate this into smart designs and successful projects.
- Experience as a project engineer or lead engineer within an engineering company is a plus.
- Ability to switch between clients and contractors and negotiate effectively.
- Flexible and willing to work on-site at the client’s location.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Voorwaarden
- Competitive salary based on experience, up to € 84,000 gross per year.
