- Organize and develop system areas for new builds and refits
- Define scope for construction of the exterior outfitting areas, required deliveries, and services
- Support construction planning and technical specifications
- Accompany supplier negotiations and oversee order processing
- Participate in FAT, HAT, and SAT events
- Act as interface to other engineering departments
- Attend meetings with class and customer representatives
Functie eisen
- Completed degree in shipbuilding
- 2–10 years’ experience in yacht or passenger ship exterior outfitting
- Confident knowledge of relevant shipbuilding regulations
- Professional proficiency in English
- Basic German skills required (spoken and written, plus willingness to improve with offered German language classes.)
- Experience with AutoCAD; Cadmatic Outfitting knowledge is a plus
- Strong adaptability, analytical thinking, and customer orientation
- Willingness to learn and openness to feedback
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
